Alika Muhammad
Board of Directors
Alika Muhammad has 25 years’ experience in technology value creation. As a director and consultant, she has strategized and implemented tech-enabled services, ensuring emerging businesses successfully enter the Technology Market. Currently, she is a Delivery Principal at Dell Technologies, leading Government, Financial, and Telecom IT Transformations.
Her experience extends to being an Executive Consultant with Equitas Tech Partners and Greater Boston Consulting. Here, she played a key role in developing transformational services and creating value in business and operations of Cloud Programs across industries such as Telecom, IT, Automotive, Data, Satellite, and Healthcare.
Alika’s career spans over two decades as a Strategic Technology Leader. She has collaborated with global companies to develop, execute, deliver, and manage risks for large-scale complex business solutions. Notably, as a founding member of the Cloud Organization, she led the PMO & Operation teams in the Cloud Division for Nokia, formerly Alcatel Lucent.
She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and served as President of the Employee Business Partner at Nokia/Alcatel Lucent for the Alliance of Black Lucent Employees (ABLE). Additionally, Alika is an active speaker on Women in Technology and Cloud, engaging with Universities, Conferences, and Organizations.
Alika has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Hampton University and New Jersey City University, focusing on Computer Science departments.
Her commitment to community service is evident in her volunteering efforts in Jersey City. She founded the Robateau Legacy group and Friends of Gateway Park, aiming to revitalize a local inner-city sports park by securing renovation grants through the Jersey City Parks Coalition.
Alika has been instrumental in organizing events for local children with public safety officers, fostering better relationships between law enforcement and the community. Through the Friends of Gateway Park initiative, she played a crucial role in helping local youth secure employment in Jersey City’s summer internships.
